ACS was thrilled when Kelly joined the team in 2019, as she received her BFA in Illustration from California College of the Arts; adding another artist to the firm’s talent roster. Being the lead project coordinator for ACS means Kelly is doing much of the back-end coordination as art selections are made in meetings; QA’ing artwork, getting pieces into production, working closely with our fabrication, printing, and framing partners, and scheduling and coordinating all the artwork arriving in time for the installations. Multi-talented, she is also working in active artist recruiting, and developing artwork packages in support of the lead designers as well as for her own projects.

Kaiser Permanente Emergency Department Expansion
Sacramento, CA | October 2020 -
As Design Associate and Project Coordinator, Kelly assisted in the sizing and curating of the artwork and served as the main point of contact with the local artists/vendors/suppliers. She supported the team by coordinating the production of all the prints on substrates.

Kaiser Permanente Behavioral Health
Modesto, CA | October 2020
For this project Kelly designed custom photography montages and assisted in the curation and placement of all the fine art prints. She also designed a custom word wall for the pediatrics waiting area and coordinated the production of prints on substrates. She served as the main point of contact with the artists, vendors, and suppliers including the artist that was commissioned to do a huge diversity wall covering. -

Kelly did extensive research on the Colorado Springs area in order to find and screen many talented local and regional artists as well as fabricators and installers to assist with this out-of-state project. She assisted in the sizing and curating of the artwork and was the main point of contact with many of the artists/vendors/suppliers in both
Colorado and California.
