Design Task
This pediatric healthcare facility posed specific challenges for sourcing artwork, including large, blank walls in the entry, waiting room and corridors, and a two-story atrium that needed to be filled, all while staying within the budget. Additionally, the artwork needed to make a statement, while blending with the strong finish scheme of the space.
Key Features
A two-story high atrium space featuring a 25’ tall mural of a nature scene, and suspended mobile artwork.
A second mural in the waiting room, representing the local flora and fauna.
Commissioned metal sculpture behind central reception.
