Design Task

For this artwork collection in the clubhouse for a senior community in El Dorado Hills, ACS worked with the interior design team to achieve their goal of creating an environment that brought in the local nature aesthetic with a contemporary feel. We commissioned a Sacramento artist to create a large vertical maintenance-free preserved moss piece that is featured in the Main Grand room. To complement the moss art, we installed custom designed window film featuring semi-transparent leaves that elegantly dance along the interior windows on both sides of the Grand room which gives a touch of nature and movement in the space. In addition, the collection features limited edition reproduction prints on metal and abstract canvas prints that bring in the surrounding landscapes and  compliment the finishes in the Main Grand room and the Billiard room.
