For the building’s main lobby, our vision was to make a statement that resonated with both the company’s beliefs and the local community. A large glass murmuration piece flows from the expansive entry to the corridor. The colors are a subtle nod to those that Providence Healthcare selected to represent their brand and core values of compassion, dignity, justice, excellence, and integrity. In addition, a donor recognition piece honoring the building’s namesake, Helen Caloggero, tells the story of her daughter, Marsha Moeller and her connection to the facility, bridging the past and the present.

Carefully curated to speak to the diverse medical specialties and patient demographics, the collection of pieces creates a balance between femininity and the compassionate aspect of healthcare, while recognizing the rich history and local culture of Orange, CA. Near the elevator, inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, a piece crafted of eggshells that are hand-painted and accented in gold, reflects the resilience and beauty in life's imperfections.

Throughout the hallways, oversized prints on acrylic panels add sophistication and vibrancy to the long corridors. Some of the pieces reach over 20 feet in size, with each floor showcasing its own color-story, while also providing strong wayfinding cues.

The collection together is a visual symphony and creates an uplifting ambiance.
